This page is a strong operational draft, not a substitute for review by qualified counsel and the Institute’s final regulatory determination.
Student Agreement
Enrollment creates a learning relationship between the learner and BEXT Institute, operated by Boys Lead Foundation. The learner agrees to provide accurate information, complete the published requirements, communicate respectfully, protect confidential information, follow safeguarding and community standards, and use course materials only as permitted.
Course status
BEXT Institute launch courses are non-credit professional learning courses. They do not award a degree, transferable academic credit, professional license, state credential, or government accreditation.
Participation
Learners are responsible for maintaining access to a suitable device, internet connection, email account, and the digital tools identified before the course begins. The Institute may adjust facilitators, session times, learning activities, or delivery methods when reasonably necessary, while preserving the stated learning outcomes.
Conduct
Harassment, discrimination, threats, exploitation, impersonation, plagiarism, unauthorized recording, misuse of participant information, and safeguarding violations may result in restricted access, removal, or referral to appropriate authorities or institutions.
Course Refund Policy
Before payment, each learner will receive the course title, schedule, total cost, delivery method, cancellation terms, and this refund policy in writing.
- Cancellation by BEXT Institute: the learner may receive a full refund of tuition paid or accept transfer to another cohort.
- Learner cancellation before the published course start: refund eligibility and any permitted administrative deduction will be stated at checkout.
- Learner cancellation after the course begins: any refund will be calculated according to the published written policy and applicable law.
- Failure to attend does not automatically cancel enrollment.
- Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible.
The final percentages, deadlines, administrative deductions, and record-retention language must be approved before live enrollment.
Safeguarding Policy
BEXT Institute prepares adults and organizations whose work may affect minors. Learners must maintain appropriate boundaries, protect privacy, follow the safeguarding policies of their own organization, and comply with applicable reporting duties.
- Never share a minor’s identifying information, private records, images, or confidential case details in course or community spaces.
- Do not use the course or community to establish unauthorized contact with minors.
- Do not present BEXT training as permission to bypass screening, supervision, consent, reporting, or organizational rules.
- Immediate safety concerns should be directed to emergency services or the appropriate safeguarding authority, not handled through a course discussion forum.
Community Standards
BEXT Community is a professional learning environment. Members must contribute respectfully, protect confidentiality, distinguish evidence from opinion, avoid diagnosing people, credit sources, and stay within the purpose of each space.
Commercial solicitation, discriminatory content, harassment, impersonation, exploitation, doxxing, unauthorized recordings, and content that endangers minors are prohibited. Moderators may remove content, restrict access, or escalate serious concerns.
Complaints & Appeals
Learners should first submit a written complaint describing the issue, relevant dates, people involved, supporting information, and the requested resolution. BEXT Institute will acknowledge receipt, review the matter impartially, and communicate a written decision within the published service period.
A learner may request an appeal where new information exists, a material process error occurred, or the decision appears inconsistent with a published policy. The appeal will be reviewed by a person not responsible for the original decision where practicable.
Certificate Policy
A certificate of completion may be issued after the Institute confirms that the learner met attendance, module, assessment, project, evaluation, conduct, and payment requirements. Certificates may include a unique identification number and verification page.
The Institute may correct, suspend, or revoke a certificate obtained through fraud, impersonation, plagiarism, material misconduct, payment reversal, or administrative error.
Privacy Policy
BEXT Institute may collect contact information, account data, course selections, payments and transaction references, submissions, assessment results, attendance, community activity, support requests, and technical information needed to operate the platform.
Information is used to process enrollment, deliver learning, maintain records, provide support, issue certificates, improve programs, protect platform security, comply with obligations, and communicate relevant Institute information. Payment-card details are processed by the payment provider and are not intended to be stored by BEXT Institute.
The final policy must identify the data controller, contact details, service providers, retention periods, international transfers, user rights, cookie practices, and jurisdiction-specific disclosures.

Users may not interfere with the website, bypass access controls, scrape protected content, upload harmful code, impersonate others, misuse intellectual property, or use the platform in a way that harms learners, minors, the Institute, or third parties.
Accessibility Statement
BEXT Institute aims to provide an accessible learning and website experience. Users may request reasonable accessibility support related to course materials, communication, navigation, captions, documents, or assessment format. Requests will be reviewed individually and should be made as early as possible.
Intellectual Property Policy
BEXT Institute course materials, frameworks, recordings, templates, branding, assessments, and platform content remain the property of Boys Lead Foundation, BEXT Institute, or the identified rights holder. Enrollment grants a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use course materials for the learner’s own professional practice.
Learners retain ownership of original work they create, while granting the Institute permission to review it for course delivery. The Institute will request separate permission before publicly sharing identifiable learner work, except where disclosure is required for academic integrity, safety, legal, or administrative purposes.
